Terms and Conditions

1. Use of the Application

The Application is offered for your personal and non-commercial use. You must use the Application in compliance with all applicable laws and these Terms.

You agree not to:

• reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the Application;
• use the Application for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Application or related systems;
• use the Application in a way that may impair its functionality.

2. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

The Application may offer optional paid features, in-app purchases, or subscriptions.

All payments, refunds, billing, and subscription management are handled exclusively through:

• Apple App Store (for iOS users)
• Google Play Store (for Android users)

We do not process or store any payment information. Billing terms, renewal rules, free trials, and refund policies are governed by the respective app store's terms and conditions.

3. User Data and Privacy

The Application stores all user-entered data locally on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or store personal data on external servers.

By using the Application, you also agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy.

4. Third-Party Services

The Application uses RevenueCat to manage in-app purchases and subscription entitlements. RevenueCat may collect anonymized device or purchase information as required to verify your subscription status.

You acknowledge that third-party terms and privacy policies apply to any such integrations.

5. Availability and Changes

The Application is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," without warranties of any kind.

We reserve the right to:

• modify or update features;
• suspend or discontinue parts of the Application;
• change pricing or subscription offerings;
• update these Terms when needed.

Continued use of the Application after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service Provider shall not be liable for:

• loss of data stored on your device;
• indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages;
• loss resulting from device malfunction, app uninstall, or misuse;
• unavailability of the Application or third-party services.

Your sole remedy in case of dissatisfaction with the Application is to stop using it.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Application if you violate these Terms or engage in misuse. You may terminate your use at any time by uninstalling the Application.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Sweden, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Swedish courts.
